Frequently Asked Questions
Everything clients usually ask before booking. If your question is not here, just call.
- Do you really work nights and weekends?
- Yes — that is the whole idea. Weekday evenings until 9:00 PM, Saturdays until 8:00 PM, and Sundays by appointment. Book any open slot on the scheduling calendar and it is yours.
- What do I need to bring to my appointment?
- Your unsigned document (please do not sign it in advance), a valid government-issued photo ID that is not expired, and any witnesses your document requires. If you are unsure, send me the document ahead of time and I will tell you exactly what is needed.
- Which forms of ID do you accept?
- A current Florida or out-of-state driver license or ID card, a U.S. or foreign passport, a military ID, or another government-issued photo ID that includes a signature and photo. Florida law also allows credible-witness identification in limited cases.
- Can you provide witnesses?
- I can often arrange an additional witness with advance notice. Let me know when you book so I can confirm before your appointment.
- How does Remote Online Notary work?
- We meet in a secure audio-video session. You verify your identity through credential analysis and knowledge-based questions, then sign electronically while I notarize and apply a tamper-evident digital seal. Everything is recorded and journaled as Florida requires.
- Where do you travel?
- All of Broward County — Tamarac, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Sunrise, Margate, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek and the surrounding areas. Homes, offices, hospitals, rehab facilities, jails, and public meeting spots are all fine.
- How much notice do you need?
- Same-day appointments are often available, especially for RON. For a loan signing package, a few hours of lead time lets me print and review everything properly.
- What forms of payment do you take?
- Cash, Zelle, major credit and debit cards, and invoicing for title companies and signing services.
